Obverse: At the top, on the left, an image of the Eagle established as the state emblem of the Republic of Poland. Above, in a semicircle, an inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA 2013. Below the Eagle, on the left, an inscription: 10 ZŁ. On the right-hand side, a stylised outline of the bust of a woman in a four-pointed peaked cap of insurgents (called rogatywka) and with a patriotic pendant on her neck. At the bottom, on the left, a stylised image of an anchor with an eagle, a motif referring to one of the types of patriotic jewellery. Below the Eagle, on the right, Mint mark: M/W. Reverse: In the centre, a structure made up of elements of insurgent weapons, a pennant and a stylised emblem of the January Uprising in Poland, based on the seal of the secret, insurrectionary National Government. At the top, in a semicircle, an inscription: 150. ROCZNICA [150th Anniversary], at the bottom, in a semicircle, an inscription: POWSTANIA STYCZNIOWEGO [of the January Uprising].
