 Obverse: At the bottom, on the right, image of the Eagle established as
the State emblem of the Republic of Poland. In the centre, a stylised
image of the “Astigmatic" album sleeve, featuring Krzysztof Komeda’s
profile with letters A and B arranged around it. At the top of the
sleeve, inscriptions: Polish/jazz and ASTIGMATIC/Komeda. At the bottom,
inscription: KRZYSZTOF KOMEDA.
Reverse: Stylised silhouettes of musicians playing the piano, the double
bass, the drums, the saxophone and the trumpet. On the left, a
perpendicular inscription: HISTORIA POLSKIEJ (History of Polish). At the
top, inscription: MUZYKI ROZRYWKOWEJ (Popular Music).
